The Nike Trainer Project is an exclusive offer for fitness professionals in the US to receive a 30% discount on Nike, Converse and Hurley product at a discount. Offer is valid on Nike.com and the Nike app only. Select footwear, apparel, equipment, and launch product will not be discounted.
NIKE.COM/NIKE APP PURCHASES
As a fitness professional, you may use the 30% discount to make purchases for yourself, and as gifts for others. Product may not be purchased for resale or reimbursement via any payment method, including Nike gift cards. There is a maximum discounted product value of $1,000 per order ("product value" includes product, gift cards, and gift wrap value prior to shipping and taxes). Fitness professionals may only purchase a maximum of 6 items of a specific style (not per order). Team orders are not allowed regardless of the quantity. Product Voucher or CyberSource generated Gift Certificates are not allowed for payment method. All discounts will be applied at checkout after entering a promotion code.
INAPPROPRIATE USE OF DISCOUNT AND SHOPPING PRIVILEGE
All fitness professionals are expected to use good judgment with regard to Nike product, and refrain from dishonest behavior. The Nike Trainer Project discount is for your personal use only, not to be used for business purposes. The following are examples of abuse of these privileges (the list is not all inclusive) and may result in loss of discount privileges and removal from the Nike Trainer Project.
- Using a credit card that is not your own personal credit card on Nike.com and Nike app
- Giving your NikePlus Member login and password to anyone for ordering purposes
- Buying merchandise for anyone other than yourself and receiving reimbursement via any payment method, including Nike gift cards
- The selling or reselling, directly or indirectly, of Nike merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise bought online, in a Company Store or other Nike Retail Store, or product you received as a "comp" or "promotional" item, for free (i.e. staff dress or product given away during an event). Examples of prohibited behavior include but are not limited to:
○ Re-selling Nike merchandise on social media, Internet auction sites, flea markets, garage sales, or any other type of personal business transaction
○ Returning merchandise bought with a discount to Nike business partners (i.e. Foot Locker) for exchange or cash refund
○ Placing a team order, regardless of quantity (ex: youth soccer team)
○ Returning product for more than the value of the original purchase price
○ Trading Nike product or your discount for money or other non-monetary reimbursement
○ Making another purchase before a returned check is covered (plus applicable fees) or a failed credit card transaction is resolved
NIKE has the right to investigate and take appropriate corrective action in cases where there is reason to believe a violation or abuse of this policy has occurred. The 30% discount may be discontinued at any time at Nike’s election or from the Trainer’s misuse of the discount. Determinations regarding misuse will be made by Nike in its sole discretion and all determinations are final.
NIKEID PURCHASES
NikeID products are not eligible for Trainer pricing.
NIKE.COM RETURNS
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date to Nike.com only. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. Do not return to Nike, Converse, or Hurley retail locations other than Blue Ribbon Direct (BRD), the Beaverton or Memphis Company Stores. ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
All trainers in the USA are eligible to join the Nike Trainer Project with proof of certification. Memberships are active for one year upon acceptance into the Nike Trainer Project. Trainers will be required to show proof of updated certification to renew their Nike Trainer Project annually.
