Decommission Notice

Dear Nike Training Club App (“NTC App”) users:

Thank you very much for your continuing interest and support for NTC App. Due to business reasons, NTC App will go decommissioned from July 8, 2022. You are welcome to use Nike Training Club Mini program on WeChat after NTC App goes decommissioned.

We hereby inform you of the arrangement regarding the termination of NTC App services, so that you can know and exercise your legitimate rights.

1. Exportation of personal information copy.

You can request a copy of your personal information saved on NTC App by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download copy of your personal information to the email address saved in your Nike profile.

2. Deletion of personal account.

You can request us to delete your NTC App account and your personal information by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before September 30, 2022. We will respond and implement deletion or anonymization within 15 working days after receiving your request.  Please note that due to Nike’s unified membership system, when you request to delete your account and personal information on NTC App, your personal information saved when you log into account on other Nike platforms by the same phone number/email address, will be deleted too. You can re-register as a new Nike member on other Nike platforms thereafter.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If there’s anything not covered above, please contact Nike customer service (400-880-6453), and we will provide you with necessary help.
