用户告知书

尊敬的Nike Training Club App（简称“NTC App”）用户（“您”）：

非常感谢您对NTC App的喜爱和支持。因业务调整，NTC App将自2022年7月8日起停止提供服务。NTC App停服以后，您可以使用“Nike Training Club 让运动变习惯”微信小程序继续精彩运动生活。

我们现将NTC App停服相关事项安排向您进行告知，以便于您知晓并行使您的合法权益。

1. 个人信息副本获取：

2022年7月8日之前，您可以联系《耐克隐私政策》中载明的电子邮箱privacy@nike.com或耐克客服，要求获取您在NTC App上留存的个人信息副本。在收到您的请求后，我们将在15个工作日内响应并将包含个人信息副本下载链接的邮件发送至您在Nike用户档案中留存的电子邮箱。

2. 个人帐户删除：

2022年9月30日之前，您可以联系《耐克隐私政策》中载明的电子邮箱privacy@nike.com或耐克客服，要求我们删除您的NTC App帐户及个人信息。在此情况下，我们将在15个工作日内响应并实施删除或匿名化处理。请注意，由于耐克采用统一会员模式，当您请求删除NTC App帐户及个人信息时，您通过同一手机号/邮箱登录耐克其他平台时留存的个人信息也将一并被删除，届时您可前往其他耐克平台重新注册成为耐克会员。

由此造成不便，我们深表歉意。如有未尽事宜，请联系耐克客服(400-880-6453)反馈，我们将为您提供必要的帮助。

Decommission Notice

Dear Nike Training Club App (“NTC App”) users:

Thank you very much for your continuing interest and support for NTC App. Due to business reasons, NTC App will go decommissioned from July 8, 2022. You are welcome to use Nike Training Club Mini program on WeChat after NTC App goes decommissioned.

We hereby inform you of the arrangement regarding the termination of NTC App services, so that you can know and exercise your legitimate rights.

1. Exportation of personal information copy.

You can request a copy of your personal information saved on NTC App by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download copy of your personal information to the email address saved in your Nike profile.

2. Deletion of personal account.

You can request us to delete your NTC App account and your personal information by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before September 30, 2022. We will respond and implement deletion or anonymization within 15 working days after receiving your request.  Please note that due to Nike’s unified membership system, when you request to delete your account and personal information on NTC App, your personal information saved when you log into account on other Nike platforms by the same phone number/email address, will be deleted too. You can re-register as a new Nike member on other Nike platforms thereafter.
