Notification for Users

Dear Nike Adapt App (“Adapt App”) users:

Thank you very much for your continuing interest and support for Adapt App. Due to business reasons, Adapt App will stop providing member function from July 8, 2022.

We hereby inform you of the arrangement regarding the cease of member function on Adapt App, so that you can know and exercise your legitimate rights.

1. Exportation of personal information copy.

You can request a copy of your personal information saved on Adapt App by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before July 8, 2022. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download copy of your personal information to the email address saved in your Nike profile.

To make sure that you can receive the personal information copy, we suggest that you can log into Nike App or Nike.com to update the email address saved in your profile.

2. Deletion of personal account.

If you want to delete your account and your personal information on Adapt App, you can request us to do so by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before September 30, 2022. We will respond and implement deletion or anonymization within 15 working days after receiving your request.  Please note that due to Nike’s unified membership system, when you request to delete your account and personal information on Adapt App, your personal information saved when you log into account on other Nike platforms by the same phone number/email address, will be deleted too. You can re-register as a new Nike member on other Nike platforms thereafter.
