Decommission Notice

Dear Nike Running Club App (“NRC App”) users:

 

Thank you very much for your continuing interest and support for NRC App. Due to business reasons, NRC App will go decommissioned from July 8, 2022. We hereby inform you of the arrangement regarding the termination of NRC App services, so that you can know and exercise your legitimate rights.

1. With immediate effect, Gamin sports devices will stop synchronizing data with NRC App.

2. Exportation of personal information copy and sports data.

Before July 8, 2022, you can visit the data exportation webpage by clicking the hyperlink sent to your cellphone, or access to that page through NRC App. After we verify your membership, you will be asked to provide your email address to receive your running records and paths saved on NRC App. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download the files of running records as well as paths to the email address provided by you.

You may also request a copy of your other personal information saved on NRC App by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download copy of your personal information to the email address saved in your Nike profile.

3. Deletion of personal account.

You can cancel your member account by clicking “Delete Account” in NRC App settings before July 8, 2022.

You may also request us to delete your NRC App account and your personal information by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before September 30, 2022. We will respond and implement deletion or anonymization within 15 working days after receiving your request.  Please note that due to Nike’s unified membership system, when you request to delete your account and personal information on NRC App, your personal information saved when you log into account on other Nike platforms by the same phone number/email address, will be deleted too. You can re-register as a new Nike member on other Nike platforms thereafter.
