1. Launch Events

“Launch Events” are conducted by Nike Japan Corp. or any of its Affiliates (as defined below), with its principal place of business at 9-7-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan or any of its Affiliates (as defined below) (“NIKE, us, our”).  By signing up for a Launch Event, consumers (“you, your, participant”) register for the opportunity to purchase the NIKE footwear or apparel specified for that Launch Event in the Launch invitation (“Applicable Products”).
