CCTV Policy
Nike Korea LLC ("Nike" or "We") installs and operates image data processing equipment ("CCTV") as follows in accordance of Personal Information Protection Act.
1.Purpose of installation of CCTV
・to protect safety and security of customer and employees
・to prevent, detect and investigate crime

・installation location and shooting range: walls and ceiling of major areas for display in stores

・access to recoreded video information is limited to store managers, selected members of Store Operations and Loss Prevention Department

4.Recording and retention of video information
・recording time: 24 hours
・storage period and location: 30 days at each store's office, however, if necessary for criminal investigation, the storage period may be extended to the reasonable minimum period necessary
5. Information subject's rights
You have the right to request to vefiry, view or delete video information of yourself. If you would like to excercise your right, please contact our store manager of the relevant store, or send an e-mailto privacy@nike.com.The company will take necessary measures without delay when we receive your request.As to the request to view or delete video information of a third party, we may accomodate such request only when it is clearly necessary for the protection of life, body or property of the information subject imminently.
6. Technical, Managerial and Physical Measures for Protection of video information
We use a variety of technical, admistrative and physical security measures, including access control to the area, installation of locks and access control to the video information, to maintain the safety of personal video information.
