a. Nike Member

• Upon creation of Nike account:

     ** Payment information will be stored in your account when you enroll to purchase a launch product on SNKRS (on Nike.com) and when you purchase a product on our apps, however, you may delete your payment information from your profile anytime if you are not selected to purchase the product, or after the completion of purchase.

b. When you interact with our Platform, certain data is automatically collected from your device or web browser. This data includes device information such as IP address; unique identifiers; unique device identifier and device type; domain, browser type, version and language; operating system and system settings; general location information and time zone; and similar device and usage information; and online activity and browsing information collected using cookies and similar technologies, such as links clicked, page views, purchases, searches, features used, items viewed, time spent within the Platform, information uploaded, items you add to your cart and your interactions with others within the Platform. 2. PURPOSE of Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

• To comply with legal obligations

3. RETENTION and USE PERIOD of Your Personal information

a. Except otherwise required by applicable law, we retain your personal information as follows:

• Nike Member’s personal information:  Until termination of your Nike account.
• Personal information collected for purchase on Nike.com as a guest: 5 years
• Personal information collected for Customer Service inquiries: 5 years

b. For personal information which we are required to retain under the applicable law, we retain this to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and sales laws and for warranty purposes) as follows:

• Records on contract or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Records on visits: 3 months (Communications Secret Protection Act)

c. When Nike member does not log-in to member profile for 1 year or longer, we store and manage such member’s personal information separately from personal information of other members, and we do not use such personal information except in case there is a special provision under the relevant laws.

4. Right to Refuse to Give Consent and DISADVANTAGES of Not Giving Consent

You can choose not give consent to the collection and use of personal information by us as described above. However, if you do not consent, you won’t be able to create a new Nike account or sign into your account, or use particular feature on the Platform or services that you request.
