3. RETENTION and USE PERIOD of personal information

a. We will keep your personal information for as long as you keep your Nike account, however, we will not use your mobile number for the purpose described in Section 2 if you opt-out after you have given your consent.

b. When Nike member does not log-in to member profile for 1 year or longer, we store and manage such member’s personal information separately from personal information of other members, and we do not use such personal information except in case there is a special provision under the relevant laws.

4. Right to Refuse to Give Consent and DISADVANTAGES of Not Giving Consent

You can choose not give consent to the collection and use of personal information by us as described above. However, if you do not consent, you won’t be able to receive marketing communications from Nike via SMS.
