用户告知书
尊敬的Nike Running Club App（简称“NRC App”）用户（“您”）：
非常感谢您对NRC App的喜爱和支持。因业务调整，NRC App将自2022年7月8日起停止提供服务。
我们现将NRC App停服相关事项安排向您进行告知，以便于您知晓并行使您的合法权益。
1. 即日起Garmin旗下运动设备将停止与NRC App进行数据同步。
2. 个人信息副本及运动数据获取：
2022年7月8日前，您可以访问耐克发至您手机的指定链接，也可以通过NRC App访问数据导出申请界面，并在完成会员身份验证后，填写您的电子邮箱以请求获取您在NRC App上留存的跑步记录及路径。收到您的请求后，我们将在15个工作日内响应并将包含跑步记录及路径下载链接的邮件发送至您提供的电子邮箱。
您也可以联系《耐克隐私政策》中载明的电子邮箱privacy@nike.com或耐克客服，要求获取您在NRC App上留存的个人信息副本。在收到您的请求后，我们将在15个工作日内响应并将包含个人信息副本下载链接的邮件发送至您在Nike用户档案中留存的电子邮箱。
3. 个人帐户删除：
2022年7月8日前，您可以在NRC App“设置”中点击“删除帐户”以注销您的帐户。
您也可以在2022年9月30日前联系《耐克隐私政策》中载明的电子邮箱privacy@nike.com或耐克客服，要求我们删除您的NRC App帐户及个人信息。在此情况下，我们将在15个工作日内响应并实施删除或匿名化处理。请注意，由于耐克采用统一会员模式，当您请求删除NRC App帐户及个人信息时，您通过同一手机号/邮箱登录耐克其他平台时留存的个人信息也将一并被删除，届时您可前往其他耐克平台重新注册成为耐克会员。
由此造成不便，我们深表歉意。如有未尽事宜，请联系耐克客服(400-880-6453)反馈，我们将为您提供必要的帮助。

Decommission Notice
Dear Nike Running Club App (“NRC App”) users:
Thank you very much for your continuing interest and support for NRC App. Due to business reasons, NRC App will go decommissioned from July 8, 2022. We hereby inform you of the arrangement regarding the termination of NRC App services, so that you can know and exercise your legitimate rights.
1. With immediate effect, Gamin sports devices will stop synchronizing data with NRC App.
2. Exportation of personal information copy and sports data.
Before July 8, 2022, you can visit the data exportation webpage by clicking the hyperlink sent to your cellphone, or access to that page through NRC App. After we verify your membership, you will be asked to provide your email address to receive your running records and paths saved on NRC App. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download the files of running records as well as paths to the email address provided by you.
You may also request a copy of your other personal information saved on NRC App by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service. Within 15 working days after receiving your request, we will respond and send an email with a link to download copy of your personal information to the email address saved in your Nike profile.
3. Deletion of personal account.
You can cancel your member account by clicking “Delete Account” in NRC App settings before July 8, 2022.
You may also request us to delete your NRC App account and your personal information by contacting privacy@nike.com which is listed in the Nike privacy policy or Nike customer service before September 30, 2022. We will respond and implement deletion or anonymization within 15 working days after receiving your request. Please note that due to Nike’s unified membership system, when you request to delete your account and personal information on NRC App, your personal information saved when you log into account on other Nike platforms by the same phone number/email address, will be deleted too. You can re-register as a new Nike member on other Nike platforms thereafter.
