Employee onboarding

When you join the company, we collect this information mainly from you to sign an employment contract, establish an employment relationship, and complete your employee profile. The information you provide is necessary for us to achieve the purposes of human resources management. Your personal history (including education background, work background, professional qualifications)

Your relevant document information, including work permit information, ID card, tax identification number, social security account number, passport number and driver's license number if needed

Due to some of our job characteristics and functional requirements, employees need to travel frequently (including domestic and overseas business trips). If you refuse to provide this information, it may affect the company to book the relevant business trip for you.

Dispatch, relocation and resettlement

Family information, immigration status and nationality/citizenship, tax and social security information

When working on a job dispatchment, relocation or resettlement, we will collect this information from you according to your specific needs and use it to apply for a visa related to your placement of job.
